Top 5 Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps on iOS in Slovakia - Q1 2024

In the first quarter of 2024, Slovakia's carpooling and ridesharing app market on iOS showed varied performance across the top five applications. Here’s how each app fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Bolt: Request a Ride, published by BOLT TECHNOLOGY OU, saw its weekly downloads fluctuate between 1.3K and 1.8K. Weekly active users experienced a slight decline from 23.4K at the start of January to 21.0K by the end of the month, but then rebounded to around 23.7K by the end of March.

Uber - Request a ride, from Uber Technologies, Inc., maintained a steady weekly download rate, ranging from 471 to 780. Weekly active users increased from 37.9K to 41.8K in January, then leveled off around 40.1K by the end of March.

BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus, by Comuto, had relatively stable weekly downloads, typically between 259 and 391. Active users hovered around the 1.7K to 1.9K mark throughout the quarter, with a slight dip in early March.

Zoberma, published by Zoberma, s.r.o., saw a significant spike in downloads in the third week of March, hitting 502, up from a low of 98 in late January. This surge in downloads suggests growing interest in the app during the latter part of the quarter.

Careem – rides, food & more, from Careem, had a modest download range from 124 to 228 per week. Active user numbers increased steadily from 288 at the beginning of January to 408 by the start of March but saw a slight decline to 299 by the end of the quarter.
